When Hair + Space landed in College Park in 2019, we set out to create an inclusive beauty destination where everyone could feel at home. Founded by UMD graduate Regina Holbert, our beauty bar combines efficiency with luxury, ensuring an exceptional experience with every visit. Get a traditional blowout or spice it up with a ponytail, braids, or an updo. This service is also available for littles, ages 5-10. In every session, you can expect a wash, scalp massage, blow dry, and style.

Our Space

We are located within footsteps of the University of Maryland on the 4th floor of The Hotel at UMD.

Park in the parking garage; we’ll validate your parking here at the salon. After you park, you’re going to go to the front desk of The Hotel and they’re going to give you a key card to be able to access the elevators up to the 4th floor, where we’re located.

Try to arrive about 15-20 minutes prior to your appointment time to give yourself enough time to get here! Please read our policies for more information before you book. We can’t wait to see you!
